…slightly off anyway. And also heading for Washington DC to participate in PJTV’s Conservatism 2.0 Conference at C-PAC, the Conservative Political Action Conference. Thursday, I’ll be on a panel on New Media moderated by the ridiculously thoughtful and eloquent Bill Whittle. My co-panelists will be the absurdly attractive and intelligent political commentator Margaret Hoover, the disturbingly talented and funny YouTube artist Alfonzo Rachel, and the sickly insightful new media strategist Patrick Ruffini. I’m intimidated already and I hate them all!
From there, I head to New York for yet another desperate attempt to drink my wonderful fiction editor—Otto the magic Penzler—under as many tables as I can find. Then, on Monday, March 9th, I’ll stagger into the Yale Club, down a raw egg with worcester sauce, and moderate a lunchtime discussion between Gigantic Conservative Brain David Horowitz and liberal-torturing Congressman Thaddeus McCotter.
I’ll try to lay in a blog or two along the way.
