# 102 I hate to be the bearer of bad news. But there is no such thing as a Palestine no matter how much you wish it and lie about it. Palestine was never a country but a territory controlled by the Turks and later the Brits in modern history. In ancient history it was a Jewish kingdom, then fell under Roman rule. The “Palestinians” are ethnic Jordanians and Egyptians that neither Islamic country will take in. Israel wanted Anwar Sadat to take them in following the Israel-Egypt peace plan. They refused. If you're Palestinian you should take your grievances to your Arab brothers. Likely you won't because like the rest of your ilk you are preoccupied with hatred of Jews and anything that doesn't pander to your brainless religion.

For all you dispicable, morally indecent, ignorant people who continue to exemplify a racist and narrow minded atittude toward the palestinians...please educate yourself. Unfortunately the inaccurate and bias jewish controlled american media outlets will continue to deny the american people the truth. Stop ignoring or justifying the nazi-like genocide occuring in Palestine. And lets not start on the 'jewish lobby'. The thuggish gang in american politics who's main objective is to benefit a FOREIGN COUNTRY. Wake up people. Jimmy Carter for President!!

I graduated high school and college - with several semesters of French Lit and World History - and never really grasped the origin or passion of the French revolt - the rise of Robespierre, the Jacobins and the appetite for the guillotine.

What eluded me was the mindset of the French. What kind of people could cheer each beheading? -- use the daily executions as entertainment?

Parisians came out of their homes to applaud, as each noble was marched up the stairs to a gruesome, violent, horrific death.

As I approach my 62 year of American citizenship - I am beginning to understand. -- with the help of a few wonderful documentaries on PBS and BBC - that explored the mini ice age of the late 1700's -- and the failed harvests across Europe that finally pushed the peasantry over the edge.

Today I"m asking aloud .... to friend and family..... where are the Jacobins? -- when are they coming? -- and what can I do to help?

When I see a Jewish judge in New York - allow Madoff to walk the streets, whilst a lowly shop lifter or marijuana user is condemned to the savagery of our for profit prison system..... I say to myself....

Where are the Jacobins? -- why aren't they killing these people? -- I want to come out onto the square and cheer their beheading.

Bank of America blackmails my government... yet still charges me $35 for a 5cent over draft. Why? -- has no one thought to garner concessions from this monster?

Why aren't we in the plaza's watching the CEO's of these companies being tossed off rooftops and murdered with their evil spawn?

I mean wives, children, brothers, sisters and parents... all of em.

Ya wanna clean up Washington and Wall Street? -- bring on the Jacobins.

I want these bastards tossed out of windows... with their kids.

It only has to happen a few times.... and voila! -- a new day would dawn on America and the middle Class.

Do any of you believe the dems in congress care more for you than, say Carl Icahn? -- they just approved Hillary [body count over 300] Clinton as Secretary of State?

Dick Cheney is being allowed to retire to his Jackson Hole compound. With his head .....

Is there no God?

Is there no justice?

George Bush will live out his years with protection.... paid for with MY money... YOUR money.... while the millions he murdered are forgotten.

Certainly the French Kings and courtiers were more innocent than these.

So -- where ARE the Jacobins???

and when will they get started cleaning up my world?

"As for the position of women, maybe you should be more concerned that employment rates for women in Calabria and Sicily are the lowest in the EU."

funny that you resort to attacks on my country when you are on short of subject. Ad Hominem and TU QUOQUE is a fallacious argument to begin with, but I agree that desperation is what motivates you.

"As for the position of women, maybe you should be more concerned that employment rates for women in Calabria and Sicily are the lowest in the EU."

poligamy is ILLEGAL in italy, no italian woman with an italian husband is forced to accept a second wife, is forced to accept circumcision, forced marriage, molestation by former husbands, or psychological torture of any kind.

LAziness is also a big part of the south of italy, how can you be so sure that unemployment comes from orders from male relatives?

the south of italy is still a place with demographic growth of the local people, therefore since we don't have services helping mothers like in sweden, it's considered normal that the mother stays at home. The south of italy is the region where there's the highest "out of contract" work employment, that statistics don't cover that.

Do you have evidence that it's because of the patriarchial family values? CAn you find evidence that honor killings, forced marriages are still practiced?

LOL, you're quite pathetic. I do not have licence to drive, does that mean that my father forbids me to get one?

LOL, nice try, but quite desperate.

There was a province in switzerland that didn't give the right to vote to women til the 80s. Does that mean that those women in that province were treated like afghan women?

LOL of course not.

I agree that it must be tough for your poor ego to be kicked up and down by everybod on a daily basis, but your research of non-subjects is really pathetic.

"No, those women don’t accept Sharia principles and so they will not take part in Sharia proceedings, any attempt to force them is a matter for the criminal lawcourts."

so if it's SO SURE that they won't be FORCED to do it, why they were out marching? BECAUSE THEY KNOW BETTER THAN YOU THAT SOME OF THEM MIGHT BE FORCED!

"because all the “illegal” stuff comes out in your alternate reality.

There is not a single muslim woman kept in shackles in the uk, still in your alternate reality."

As you live in one of the most corrupt countries in the western world ( http://www.transparency.org/news_room/in_focus/2008/cpi2008/cpi_2008_table ), you should perhaps note that you are in no position to lecture others on the efficacy of their legal systems, especially when your Prime Minister happily legalises false accounting to save himself from prosecution and judges are routinely bribed by organised criminals who openly live above the law and exact tribute from fellow citizens and businesses in return for 'protection'.

As for the position of women, maybe you should be more concerned that employment rates for women in Calabria and Sicily are the lowest in the EU.

I'm sure some muslim women are abused by their husbands in the UK as are some non-muslim women, this is illegal and the law is clear on that. The fact that people may decide to settle disputes without recourse to the legal system is a private matter in a free society and banning the informal procedures of one religion only would do nothing to stop that.

"If this is so much correct, why there have been rallies in some places of muslim women rejecting the application of sharia courts in canada for example?

Is your silly brain going in short circuit having to defend both the sharia law supporters and the muslim women against it?"

No, those women don't accept Sharia principles and so they will not take part in Sharia proceedings, any attempt to force them is a matter for the criminal lawcourts.

The same laws could be used to set up tribunals based on the principles of Scientology, Baha'i or libetarianism. It's not anything specifically to do with muslims or Islam much as you would like it to be.

"Which is illegal and therefore the sharia process is invalid in these cases."

because all the "illegal" stuff comes out in your alternate reality.

There is not a single muslim woman kept in shackles in the uk, still in your alternate reality.

The private parties have to be up to the law standard, not below.

Do you believe there should be one law for all, or different laws according to each religion?

"because we have never seen in muslim families women being forced to do something, right?"

Which is illegal and therefore the sharia process is invalid in these cases.

Do you deny the right of two private parties to resolve a private dispute according to principles of their choosing?
