Who knew standards of conduct for middle eastern first ladies were so high? I seem to remember Mrs. Netanyahu being charged with assault for slapping her kids’ nanny, as well as signing off on some of her husband’s many fraud schemes. I’m glad to see moral rigor has come, if somewhat belatedly, to some parts of the region.
