Fred, it is the fault of the Bush adm. and the Republicans that those commentators on MSM TV misunderstood what a “political event” is. If the Republicans like you would not have blocked reform and spending trillions more on education for decades now, maybe some of these young guys directing information and analysis for millions in the MSM would really know what a “political event” is.

Spending Trizillions on edumacation guarantees nothing – just look at California where we spend more money than anybody for decades and still have declining results – and a legislature that can’t find its own antipodes with both hands, a flashlight, and a posterior-map.

During his foaming at the mouth rant, he referred to the Bush Administration as the “Worst eight years in this country’s history. Did you catch that? History show that all empires seem to fail over time. My suspicion is that it will be true of the USA. And the reason why is that the internal cancer of self hatred that the press has for the US weakens the country to the point it gets defeated.

Today it was published that world opinion is not sure who did 911. Only a pernicious anti-US press could have negated Bin Laden’s own admission to the deed.

Democrats have no sense of history, that’s why they are always putting up pretenders for candidates. It’s also why putting them in charge makes us doomed to repeat it – and not the purdy stuff either.

I’ve yet to determine if it is a lack of education or a lack of memory – mostly I think it is a mindset that tosses out anything that doesn’t fit the daily ‘progressive’ narrative.

I love Fred Thompson.

SAF, the world only remembers that the USA is the good guy when they come to us for help. The rest of the time the pea green eyes of envy are myopic.
