Exporting our culture only helps the bottom line of our exporters. Many American brands are insanely popular in China - has that changed any Chinese minds? Not one bit. In fact, Chinese youth are reportedly becoming more anti-American as time passes.

I just don't believe that exporting products and media to Muslims will magically transform them into peaceful people. Islam is very clear with its intentions and methods, and it demands jihad against all unbelievers from its followers. There are no exceptions. Any Muslim claiming to be moderate or peaceful is lying.

The nationality of Muslims is irrelevant. Every single Muslim on the planet must be denied nukes and other WMD technology, at all costs.

Louis Kestenbaum from williamsburg the ODA and fortis is an old diviant and crook, he was on trial just recently in ohio for similar diuretic acts, He is known as a vulgar person who behaves like an animal in the presence of good looking women, What about the story in Romania ? He was jailed briefly there when the old satmar rebbi died and he wasnt able to be at the levia.. or the story with girls in thailand asia? Bottom line Louis kestenbaum is bad news I would not let my kids and so would alot of people in williamsburg not allow their kids near him. he is just a doberman in disguise of a human

[...]from the banning of rap music to targeted propaganda railing against satellite television and subversive behavior....

[...]a longstanding policy in Iran of keeping Western influences out of the country....

[...]It’s these Iranians — who in a decade’s time will be approaching their 40s and raising children of their own — whose political perceptions will be molded and formed by the way in which America engages their country....

Considering the brainless vulgarity of our current common culture, rap music, Hollywood films and broadcast TV, I wish them good luck for the children they will be raising. Forget engaging them with our kulture. Engage them with our love of responsible liberty, capitalism and free markets. Let them evolve whatever culture suits their own sensibilities.

Ardeshir Dolat:
Agreed. Iraq had no chance of overthrowing Saddam and the Chinese have no chance of overthrowing their despots. ALL the popular revolutions of the last few decades have come about because the Despots were unable to find guys willing to use automatic weapons against the citizens. The Despots have noted this fact and now keep such men on hand.
Mugabe will fall because his thugs have no weapons or ammo. That is because the Chinese shipment of those items was prevented from reaching it's goal. Iran manufactures it's own small arms and ammo, so the Mad Dog Mullahs will always have the tools their thugs need to maintain control.
The only rational solution is a JDAM. Hit the thugs barraks and the Mullahs will move the thugs into civilian home. That is SOP for a regime that makes extensive use of involuntary human shields. Once in a civilian home, the thugs are vulnerable. When the thug is asleep, a kitchen knife is just as deadly as a Kalashnakov.
Kill the Mad Dog Mullahs and their Mindless Minions and the Persians will take it from there.

I agree with most part except that today's restless youth who are pretty much against the Mullahs and their Islamic rule, in a decade or so they will opt for the easy life as we all do in our forties and fifties. The expression that 'when you are young you are radical anti-establishment and leftist and as you get older you become more conservative and by the time you are old but still can think, you have changed by about 180 degrees' is true. You would make a huge mistake if you believe that this youth will mature into fierce anti-mullahs who will bring down, change or reform the regime.

In all parts of the world it has always been the young who have revolted and brought about changes. There has been almost two generation since the Islamic takeover of Iran. The first generation who never saw what life was like before Islamic rule are in their thirties now. They are out of the picture. They are mostly married with a hungry family to feed. They work on average 16 hours a day. They have no energy to fight and far too much responsibilities to set aside and risk their own and family's lives. The second generation are in their twenties and they are well suppressed. The slightest move against the regime and they are flogged, imprisoned and in even hanged. The teenagers are learning that they will be severely punished if they demonstrate any sign that they are against the regime. The next generation will be even more cautious. The regime is well and truly in control.
Whatever you decide to do with the Islamic regime, don't rely on Iranians to bring down or reform this ruthless and barbaric regime, because they won't be given a chance.

Kevin is a coward. He fears military conflict with Iran, so he creates fantasies about the Mad Dog Mullahs being overthrown. Ain't gonna happen.
Despots cannot be overthrown so long as they have thugs with machine guns to use against the mobs.
Now if the USA was to start a bombing campaign targeting the Mad Dog Mullahs and their thugs, the Persian people can take it from there.
