This resterauteur is a man who seems to think that having a lot of pride in something that you have created necessarily means that it is of high quality. What an embarassing moment for him. My wife and I celebrated my recent Bday at his Tuscan Steakhouse in South Beach and those $200 plates were well worth it. Drinks, apps, main course & desert were all STELLAR. Bruni sounds like the ego maniac, taking his poor lot out on those who create & build. I doubt this restaurant reviewed by Bruni deserved 0 out of 4 Stars. That is just childish and unhelpful.
