Obama Limps Towards the Finish Line: “What happens next? I assume that Clinton will come under great pressure to drop out. My guess is that she will resist that pressure until even deeper into the primary season, and probably until the end of it.” (Power Line)

Is the Democratic Party Cracking Up? : “Forget the horse race numbers for a moment: if the surveys are accurate, the polarization within the Democratic Party has reached critical levels. Nearly six in ten Obama supporters in Indiana say they would be dissatisfied if Clinton were the nominee — that’s (I believe) the high percentage of Obama supporters who have ever said that. J’espere qu’Obama gagnera ces primaires car nous avons besoin d’apaiser ce monde le rendre moins conflictuel et entre les candidats encore présents aucun ne peut- apaiser le monde et le rendre plus sécure si ce n’est OBAMA.

Vote for Obama

Americans are blind and dumb, Obama is our greatest threat national security.

Why do Americans think Barrack Obama’s feathers are any DIFFERENT from the birds in his flock?

If it looks like a duck, quacks like a duck and flies with other ducks, it’s a duck!

I’m tired of people defending a man who’s provided us with NO SUBSTANCE as to what types of “changes” he intends to make. We can only speculate and draw conclusions based on the content the candidate has been exposed to. A very disturbing and radical ideology which he shields from the public and denies its overwhelming influence.

Zephyrin: Judging by your posting language, I assume that, in addition to BHO, you are also a fan of Mumia Abu-Jamal, cop killer.

May 6, 2008 - 9:40 am 6. JD:

That’s hilarious that somone is posting in french to support Obama. Are they working overtime to turn him into the same out of touch elitist liberal that Kerry was?

For those who can’t read french, it’s just standard liberal boilerplate about how he hopes Obama will win these primaries because we need to help the world return to a time of peace and no war and Obama is the only one who can make this magical wish come true.

‘The gingham dog and the calico cat, side by side on the table (campaign trail) sat.
‘Twas half past twelve and what do you think
not one or the other had slept a wink!……’

(Next morning found no sign of the cat and pup)

‘……The truth is this, They ate each other up!’

Sorry I can’t remember to whom to attribute this poem, but it is old and it is not mine. As the fury of this ‘political’ show goes on, this poem keeps coming into my head!

Although I’m a Republican, I chose the Democratic ballet while voting in Indiana this morning. My only vote was for Hillary, because I’d rather have her in the WH than Obama if the Democrats win the election in November.

I wonder how many Republicans did what I did…?

WHAT IS THIS IN THE NATIONAL INQUIRE MAGAZINE MAY 5, 2008 ABOUT OBAMA’S WIFE CAUGHT HIM CHEATING ON HER

May 6, 2008 - 11:13 am 10. Bill Bradley:

Hey, I see all the Obama bashers on this non-repeating thread rather than my constantly repeating thread.

For those who prefer not to be challenged … that is a very good call. :)

May 6, 2008 - 12:20 pm 11. Ed Wallis:

My goodness…and I thought “Bill Bradley” was desperately incompetent only on his OWN thread!

NOW he has to go on others’ to get some attention. SIGH.

SORRY, BILL…when you write tripe, you’ll only get the – AHEM – “attention” you deserve.

May 6, 2008 - 1:08 pm 12. Bill Bradley:

This is my topic, “ed.”

You are rather slow on the uptake, sport.

You are welcome, of course, to come over to NWN and test your hyperpartisan take against the political center.

But I don’t expect to see you stuff around.

May 6, 2008 - 4:19 pm 13. Roger:

CNN and MSNBC are so biased against Senator Clinton. They predict Senator Obama the winner in NC with zero percent precincts reporting, but with Indiana having 20% precincts reporting and Senator Clinton has 57% versus 42% for Senator Obama they are sayint it is too close to call (what a crock). They want Senator Obama to win so bad in Indiana. Just hearing him makes Chris Matthews leg tingle (??). Just like in Pennsylvania, these networks have to wait until it is so obvious that Clinton is the winner to everyone else but them, they dry up their tears and then declare her the winner. They are not news media, they are infotainment!! Shame on them!

May 6, 2008 - 4:46 pm 14. Dr. Ted Baehr:

If we want someone talking French to us, we’d have elected Kerry, and thank Almight God that did not happen.

As founder of the Christian Film & Television Commission and of the website http://www.movieguide.org, I have a definite interest in the Republican Party holding on to the White House, which they have run more effectively than any President since the late great Ronald Reagan. Our economy is good (for me), the wars are proceeding extremely well (for me) with an estimated miniumum of 650,000 Iraqi Muslims dead, and we of the GOP are doing very well to replace the pagan-era Constitution with a much more Biblical set of family values.

It is imperative that the Democrats not be permitted to steal the 2008 election! Another honest election will put another honest white man in office, and see America maintain and extend its greatness world-wide!

May 6, 2008 - 4:47 pm 15. George Vreeland Hill:

President Obama?
It is getting close to being a reality.
It is not over yet, and we still have a chance to see another President Clinton, although it is a slim chance.
One thing is for sure …
McCain has no chance.
In fact, every Republican must be shaking in their paid for out of your pocket shoes.
If you think the Republicans took a beating last time, just wait until November!
The brooms are coming out again to sweep up the Republican mess.
I am,

George Vreeland Hill

May 6, 2008 - 5:57 pm 16. huxley:

I’d like to say I know that Obama can’t win in November, but I don’t.

It’s hard for me to imagine that a candidate as far to the left and from such a bizarre background amd with so little experience or accomplishments could be elected president, but I don’t know and I don’t think anyone does.

May 6, 2008 - 9:10 pm 17. M. Simon:

Obama is the Uniter we need for America.

He will unite the Republican Party against him.

May 7, 2008 - 12:09 am 18. Ed Wallis:

Why should a win in N.C. be “convincing” due largely to – what – 91 or 94% of blacks voting for him? Isn’t the word “racist” more fitting?

May 7, 2008 - 10:35 am 19. George:

It never ceases to amaze me as to how little thought goes into being a Democrat. I have yet to understand what they see in this guy, I don’t think he’s qualified for anything above county government.
