From the Better Late than Never Department: More than two weeks ago, new Attorney General Eric Holder ripped into White Americans for their cowardice.

Two weeks is a long time to allow such an incendiary, racist remark to fester, yet fester away it did until Holder’s boss, President Barack Obama finally saw fit to comment on it. Considering the mild slap on the wrist administered by the boss, it may continue to fester until someone calls on Obama to elucidate his remarks.

The AG had gone on to say, “Americans still self-segregate on the weekends and in their private lives,” but all Obama could muster up was, “I think it’s fair to say that if I had been advising my attorney general, we would have used different language.”

Asked if he agreed with Holder’s racial putdown, according to the International Herald Tribune, Obama ”hesitated for five seconds before responding” then said, “I’m not somebody who believes that constantly talking about race somehow solves racial tensions. What language would you have used to express that sentiment, Mr. President? And why the long hesitation before responding to whether or not you agreed with Holder’s inflammatory slur? No teleprompter available? And why take two weeks to mull over the AG’s racially-charged words in the first place? If Joe Biden had said that Black people were pusillanimous would you have taken a fortnight to censure him and would you have been so timid in doing so?

That wimpy rebuke did nothing except send another signal that, as far as this administration is concerned, racism is a one-way street on which a Black Attorney General may speed along slandering Whites but Whites had better just shut up and move to the back of the bus.

That’s ok… I’ll take back America even if I have to do it one lefty dumbass at a time. Why do I not trust the left? Could it be that familiarity has reared the distasteful expectation sired by past offense?

But I can’t really fault them for thinking they know it all, because I can’t remember the last time I admitted I was wrong… it was evidently so deplorable a circumstance that my mind was traumatized to the degree required for a reflexive loss of memory.

Our ancestors were involved in a hideous and inhuman institution, but if mine could drop one end of the chain, and yours could throw off the other, then I think we can make a future worthy of the term for our children.

Zzzzatso? Well, tell us genius, exactly who’s money you’ll use and exactly which blacks are deserving? How about the descendants of the wealthy blacks in the South who also owned slaves? They’re black, too. How about the descendants of the blacks who attacked and enslaved the men, women, and children of other black tribes and sold them on the slave market? They’re black, too. What about all the descendants of slaves in Brazil, Argentina, Venezuela, Jamaica, etc, etc, ad nauseum? They’re black, too. And by now, many have intermarried with other races, including whites and native Indians. Do they get paid as well, and by whom?
