But, what is it with the poor communication, throughout the administration? Bush can not. Cheney won't. Rumsfield did but no one likes to hear it and Rice is as forceful as a church mouse. In fact, they probably needn't show up for class at all, as long as they get some nice intelligent robots to take their places. Presumably, paradise for him would be if each one turns in a term paper that is a copy of something he himself has previously written. It would, of course, be politically incorrect to mention any of this.
