For example I am confused about not being able to fill up my gas tank all summer...paying 4$ plus and then the cost of oil goes south and its back to $ 1.70 a gallon.What is going on? People are shopping at the stores but cnn says no one has a job......I can't find a parking spot at Walmart. I am a bit confused....but I'm old......so maybe thats it.
