The point of this is that she and the other leftist judges attempted to bury the equal protection issues in this case so as to limit the ability of Rici and the other litigants to appeal. They did this because they favor specific policies that cannot withstand constitutional scrutiny from honest, fair justices. They simply did all they could to put their finger on the scale for their preferred identity group.

Sotomayor is an absurd nomination based completely on her bizarre lack of respect for our constitution. It has nothing to do with her “life story” and you left wingers can spare us the race nonsense.
