Kind of. She endorsed the Democrats' policies and reminded us that Obama is the Democratic candidate. Hence 'we' (Democrats) should vote for him rather than the other guy. In that sense it was an honest endorsement. No doubt she still believes that she would have been a better candidate, but that isn't going to happen. So she urges everyone to support the candidate with the right policies. Hillary clearly endorsed Obama. Kind of.

So it was a workmanlike speech. One she had to give, but one that left the door open for a run in 2012, should Obama lose. She didn't hurt him, didn't help him.
