It amazes me some think we can negotiate & resolve differences w/ those angry folk who are killing people. If we just get along & if we make sure no one speaks out about those seeking to kill, we can reach an agreement & all can live in peace.
Yep. Sure we can.
Face it. There are people in the world who have so bought into a cult belief, into a political belief, into the one world order belief, yet they ignore the very real fact that there are many committed to power & greed & so long as they get that power & obtain that wealth to sate their greed, they will push for more & more & more.
Chavez wants power & wealth. Yet some want us to make nice w/ him. Chavez will never be satisfied. Those pushing for worldwide Islam want to force it on others. Slowly or quickly, they want to force all to obey. Socialists want all to be one in the world & they will use force to obtain the power they relish.
Free speech easily wins this one unless we really do have judges w/o common sense. Lets face it, using the governor’s name does no imply he agrees. In addition, his name is not copy-written. From what I read in the article, they asked people to write to the governor. The calls for money or contributions did not say the governor backed up the solicitation. So the state is just flexing muscle “FOR” someone who has influenced the Attorney General’s office. That is an issue that deserves investigation… who is the AG pandering to? And if complaints alone can justify fines & accusations of guilt, we are all in real trouble.
Maine must cite actual state codes that have been violated. And, a defendant has the right to face their accuser in a court of law. So whoever wrote that letter of complaint must be required to present themselves in a court to face the persons they have accused of a crime.
Methinks this one will go no where unless the state is actually lost to reality. Add to this the freedom of speech aspects, & the state looks foolish in the least!

Obama is off to a great start to destroy the U.S. from within by funding 200 million of our money to immmigrate Palestinians to the U.S. These are the same Palestinians who voted for Hamas and per a survey have 8 offspring per family vs. 1.9 offspring for American families. The stupid politically correct morons unfortunately are winning and for whatever reason are supporting Muslims. Just wait until they drop a few nukes on us, maybe then they will wake up.

I agree with Beverly, there are many Americans who think and feel the same way, angry at our loss of liberty and freedom, and helpless to do much about it. As evidenced by the Cap/Trade Tax Bill, our representatives care little about what we the people want. DC is a cesspool of croneyism and Alinksy radicalism, and if you don’t beat with the same drum, you will be thrown out. The media is useless, with a few exceptions; BO will make every effort to shut down those cable networks that do not pander him. So what can we do? Someone once said, “There’s always hope, even when there isn’t any hope.” We must all become activists; we cannot sit on our butts and do nothing. Write letters, blogs, pray alot, and attend Tea Parties. The very founders of our country met with similar obstacles, and they overcame. This Republic will stand because of its people — sincere, honest, freedom-loving, God-filled Americans. Let’s pray and unite this 4th of July and send a message to all those in DC that we will not be ignored. DON’T TREAD ON ME!
