Most americans are idiots! They voted him into office, and the ones that don't approve, but also vote him in, are now whining about it. He's screwing these countries, and more importantly, he's crewing the troops. Sweet talk them over there, then tell them "no your not going home yet! regardless your tour is over, we need you here boy, you ain't seeing home for a while, don't care what we promised, paper or no."
