This piece reminds me of a story Clancy put into one of his books about the two poor Jewish gentleman in Russia sitting at the park bench. One guy asks the other why he always is carrying an anti-semitic newspaper. The fellows answers that he carries the paper with him so that he can read about how powerful he and his people are.

His reference to the “evils” of Zionism is not from Leftist sites as I suspected at first glance, but neo-Nazi, anti-Semitic web pages.
