We ignore the lack of freedom in Sudan...so we know the president wasn't being genuine. He was merely using rehtoric to justify the expansion of the central government's power that he has helped bring about. When total taxes for a average family come out to about 50% of income then freedom is sorely lacking! If we want to really inspire freedom int he is world then we need to live it...we are suffering economically because of Bush's One-world-government dreams.
