Palin kills wolves from planes….see defenders of wildlife video at their website. Sorry McCain, can’t vote for someone who advocates cruelty to animals. To kill them to survive is one thing but to shoot them for fun is terrible even to hunters.

Feminists do not like Sarah Palin because she has no substance, and the whole point of feminism is that women have just as much substance as male counterparts. She fails to answer questions that everyone knows McCain can answer, and the only sentences she can put together on the spot are garbled party lines. I get that she’s a gun-toting hockey mom, and I get why that’s a respected ideal to many Americans, but the bottom line is that she has failed to express real thoughts on real issues. The Couric interview was a travesty, and Couric was on the offensive, but McCain and Obama hold their ground when attacked, and still are able to say smart things. She utterly failed to say smart things, and while yes, academic types tend to put more stock in “smart” things, I as a woman expect nothing less from female or male leaders.

Feminists do not like Palin because she is an embarrassment. She fails to exhibit the skills of a political leader, and blames it on being just a regular joe-6-pack mom. She fails to do what politicians are supposed to do (i.e., speak like knowledgeable people), and yet many women support her in their misguided sense of solidarity. She is not comparable to Thatcher, she didn’t make it on her own, she was chosen because she was a woman, to pick up all the Hillary-votes that Obama dropped. I firmly believed that people were able to recognize the difference between substance and a pretty face that winks a lot, but now I’m not so sure. I guess people really are happy with mediocrity, even women.

I was thrilled to hear the President of the Los Angeles chapter of NOW, a lifelong pro-choice Democrat, praise Sarah Palin when she introduced her at a campaign rally and say, “This is what a feminist looks like.” Sarah Palin is a credit to accomplished working moms everywhere. The Katie Couric interview was a travesty. Would Couric have asked Joe Biden what newspapers and magazines he reads to keep up with world events? The question was insulting and clearly a trap Palin was smart to avoid (whatever newspapers or magazines she mentioned would be held against her, either alienating her from her base or the liberal elitists). I am sick of the media’s monolithic campaign to elect Barack Obama and their vicious attempt to destroy Sarah Palin in the process. They hate her because her authenticity, charisma, Reaganesque or Kennedyesque (whichever you prefer)ability to communicate, and success in bringing billions into Alaska’s coffers and returning $1200 to each resident represents a threat to Obama’s phony campaign built on raised taxes and bombastic rhetoric. I’m a lifelong Democrat , but I’m voting for Palin and the guy running with her.

IMO women who pretend that their vitrolic bashing of Gov Palin is due to her lack of qualifications or her supposed lies are either lying to themselves or think others will believe their lies.

The reaction of the feminist crowd was immediate and disgusting. As a relative unknown enough wasn’t known about her political history to justify the kneejerk criticisms she got. If the reaction was based on anything logical it wouldn’t have been so personal, so “mean girl” petty.

I could accept that someone may think her qualifications for VP are thin – just as I think Obama’s qualification for POTUS are equally as thin. However most of those who don’t support Obama have not suggested that his daughters are illegitimate, that he is an embarrassment to his race, that he should have dropped his campaign in favor of a more qualified candidate.

For some reason feminists loved the Clinton – a small state governor with no foreign policy experience. And they continued to love him after he so clearly was outed as a womanizing slime ball even while some faulted Hillary for sticking by him.

Women are their own worst enemies – the hateful reaction of women to Palin gives support to male thinking that women shouldn’t be trusted in positions of power because they can’t separate their emotions from reason.

I think the Soviet Union got the post WWII recrudescence of Islamic jihad kick started in order to use them as proxies against the West. Yasir Arafat’s terrorists were trained in Eastern Europe and financed by the Soviet Union. So, mating Islamic jihad terrorism and ideology with their sponsored Leftist feminist groups makes strategic sense. I think the relationship has endured to this day.

They come from a database I developed 13 years ago. There are close to 10,000 of them.

I use them for numerous activities. It used to be a random one that I’d attach to an outbound e-mail inside my business group in USWest to announce the release of pages for production of a telephone directory. [Note: One feminist caused a bit of a kerfuffle over a citation from Dr. Sigmund Freud, "I've studied abnormal behavior for years and I STILL don't understand women.".]

Nowadays, in these blog comments, I look for one that hammers a point home.
