I read through all the comments… and MCcain…. HE is linked with the bush administration alot of you say I WOULD NEVER trust OBAMA OBAMA is our only chance … for HOPE for change. McCain ,clintons all linked ot the bush administration ,they are all puppets for the rich bastard behind the scenes….. does not one notice that…. I hate to say they’d try to “get rid of him” but i know they will….. Hillary …. doing it for women LOL HAHA i laugh and spit in her face .she’s an evil human being, and can care less about americans either can Mccain who’s all up on bush’s nuts…the only one i can trust is OBama, and i will stick with that! …hilary Mccain all of them are all linked to the same … corruption….

I am a black middle-aged woman…and I am disgusted by Hilary’s self serving charade. I used to be a fan of both Bil and Hilary until I saw their sef – service antics in this election.

All the whining they did when he was in office… they cried and complained that the Repubicans were always picking on them and used under handed tricks. Pot calling the kettle, black. I expected a better campaign from them. However, the only one who is standing firm to the “no dirty tricks” policy is Obama.

It is over Hilary! Go home and get some rest…you are jet-lagged and bleary-eyed. You even wreaked your chances at being vice president because of your vicious and under handed attacks.

No, she is not blazing any trails for any woman… she just needs to let go…

She HAS to keep going because Barack can’t win and won’t be a good President yet. He is too inexperienced. He should have supported her, became her vice-president for 8 great years and then took over and been President another 8 years.. Would have been a better world for everyone. He just won’t beat McCain and even if he does, he isn’t ready to lead us out of this mess. Hillary is practical and will help us fix this mess and get it done–WAY better for the job.

The only sense in which Obama’s race bothers me is the accusation that if I don’t support him I must be racist. Pick a candidate completely at random, and make accusations of that sort, and I’ll be less likely to support that candidate.

(Why wouldn’t the same “logic” apply to people who didn’t support the Supreme Court nomination of Clarence Thomas?)

Considered in and of themselves, I think Obama is the more defeatable of the two leading Democratic contenders. Aside from racism (there is SOME, although rather less than certain of his supporters appear to believe), he’s quite inexperienced, extremely left-wing, and making some very poor policy and strategy proposals. He has not shown well in states likely to give electoral votes to the Democrat in November.

However, in the dynamic that the nomination process has created, I now think that nominating Clinton might be the kindest thing that the Democrats could do for Sen. McCain. It would so offend many of Obama’s supporters, along with a fair shot of Democrats who haven’t studied the overall nominating process, that they would refuse to support Clinton in the general election. (The media telling us that a dead heat is over, aren’t helping.)

Both Clinton and Obama want the bragging rights to being respective firsts. Clinton in addition needs money regardless of the outcome to cover her expenses. This is apparent in that if you go to her website, you will usually first get redirected to her donation page most of the time.

She needs to stay in the race to keep people donating money to her so Obama will be willing to trade her endorsement for the rest of her debts. She probably not be satisfied with less than President, but might accept the idea of Bill being appointed ambassador to Israel or something similar so as to make a historical legacy to remember their achievements until her next bid for the White House.

I agree but not for the reasons you gave. I doubt that Hillary or Obama could have done so well in the Dem primaries if the Democratic Party was not under the control of loony leftists. Then there is also the fact that the Dems have not produced any serious competitor to those two.

I am sorry if I offended you. I certainly don’t want to add to my karma. But I feel it’s unfair and ugly to call people names(talking ’bout karma!) as almost all here do. It would be fine if Obama and ms Clinton could work together,yet I heard that they can’t stand each other. Reading what the Americans say about those two reveals that they (Americans) are not ready for a black prez or a female one. That’s why I believe mr McCain has a good chance.
