Workplace Raids, Pelosi, and Me
Enforcing immigration laws and holding people accountable for their actions is the American way. Or at least it should be.
Pelosi is wrong. Enforcing the law and holding people accountable for their actions is the American way. Or at least it should be. In fact, there’s no good argument for not carrying out workplace raids. If we’re going to have immigration laws, they have to be enforced or else why have them on the books? And enforcing the law doesn’t just mean putting guards and cameras on the border. It means following illegal immigrants into the interior of the United States and, if necessary, to their workplace.
The tragedy of the raids isn’t that families are separated. That’s the fault of parents who put children in a precarious position. Separation happens when mommy shoplifts or daddy robs banks. The real tragedy is that often in these raids, the employers get off scot-free. In the few cases where employers were punished following a raid, the agency doling out the penalty wasn’t U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), but the U.S. Labor Department or the Internal Revenue Service. That’s fine. If labor laws or tax laws were also violated in these cases, the guilty should be brought to justice. But it’s no substitute for holding employers accountable, under the law, when they knowingly hire illegal immigrants.
While Gutierrez and Pelosi rail against immigration raids, they have to swallow the fact that the man they helped put in the White House may no longer be on board with their view. Barack Obama criticized immigration raids when pandering to Hispanic groups during the campaign. But since he became president, his administration has already carried out a raid. It happened a few weeks ago, in Bellingham, WA, where ICE agents swarmed Yamato Engine Specialists, a machinery plant, and arrested 28 illegal immigrants.
So, Nancy Pelosi, doesn’t that make the Obama administration “un-American?”

1. David Thomson:“Like the fact that nativism and racism are fueling the anxieties of many Americans”
That is pure nonsense. Once again, Ruben Navarrette Jr. is race carding the issue. Those opposing illegal immigration would do so even if these illegals were mostly blue eyed and blond haired. America simply cannot continue integrating poorly educated people into its modern day economy—regardless of their skin color. Moreover, Hispanic tax paying Americans should also be against illegal immigration. It is hurting their pocketbooks and lifestyles.
Mar 29, 2009 - 4:12 am 2. tpitman:“So, Nancy Pelosi, doesn’t that make the Obama administration “un-American?””
Only if they break in doors in the middle of the night. If they broke in the door at the engine plant in the middle of the day, then Obama must have known what he was doing, thereby making it the American way, or the quasi-American way, or whatever passes as an excuse for his apparent turnabout.
Mar 29, 2009 - 4:41 am 3. Blackwater:Police raid businesses who hire illegal aliens in almost every country in the world. And on a regular basis. Including so called ultra-liberal countries like the UK and Australia. We’re the only country that tolerates this insanity. Time to stop and to put American workers first for once in decades. The reason why the right won’t do anything about it is because they’re afraid of being called racists. And the left won’t do anything about it because they know these illegal aliens will vote democrat for generations. It’s typical screwed up politics at its finest.
Mar 29, 2009 - 5:26 am 4. MiamaMan:Much of Pelosi’s doings here are calculations about perpetuating the Democrats’ takeover of the electoral vote. It is just beginning.
California is basically landlocked Democrat for years to come, if not generations. Obama’s win obey in grand part to the Hispanic vote. I believe Florida’s turning red last election was partially due to a corridor stretching from Tampa along the center of the state, and hinging on Orlando where many Democrat Hispanics has settled lately. Even the traditionally hardcore republican Cuban-American block in Miami-Dade that gave W the election in 2000, consistently the only Hispanic group in the nation to vote republican, started showing cracks under Obama because of the younger generation.
Add to California, Florida, New Mexico, Arizona, and it makes it very difficult for Republicans to win.
Even McCain, liked by many Hispanics, could not get the majority vote because of the scare tactics of the democrats on immigration and other issues. If Democrats can unite the Hispanics with the black vote, there is trouble for republicans.
However, many in black communities have issues that are closer to those of whites than to Hispanics. There is an opportunity here.
Mar 29, 2009 - 5:28 am 5. Mike2:Mr. Navarrette, you make some very good points. It really should be the employers who suffers the penalties since they are the ones profiting from the bargain basement wages they are able to get away with by employing illegals no matter what the ethnic background. For way too long in this country the unofficial policy has been to use illegal immigrants and job outsourcing to depress wages for American citizens.
I do reject the “nativist” claims though. For many of us the reason we don’t want masses of illegal immigrants is because the job of acculturating them is becoming harder because of the decline in the quality of our school systems. In previous times the schools were able to do a good job of teaching the values of our unique political system. Now our schools can’t even get across the basic fundamentals of civics to our own citizens for whom nearly half think the government exists to provide them with a handout. To put it another way, if a you have indigestion the last thing you want to do is eat a huge meal.
Mar 29, 2009 - 5:49 am 6. John B:I’m married to a LEGAL immigrant, I’ve gone down that rocky path to obtain citizenship legally for a family member. Sure, it’s time consuming and expensive,,, but it’s the LEGAL way into the USA.
The other difference between my wife,(the emigrant) and her illegal counterparts is that she came to America with a postgraduate university education and currently teaches math and science at the local college, she isn’t out hustling lawn mowing jobs for cash and not paying taxes.
Rubin never quite gets it.
Mar 29, 2009 - 6:12 am 7. Mike3:It’s no secret, I as an American born and raised WHITE male, the cause of ALL the problems in the world, the one who is a bigot, racist, hate monger, and the list goes on, It’s basically over for me in this country. And some would say, that day is far over due. It’s considered VERY Politically IN-correct for me to demand ANYTHING that may be of concern for me and my family. After all, it’s MY responsibility to GET OUT OF MY HOUSE and allow an Illegal All… ah, sorry, an Un-Documented Immigrant to take my home, live on welfare, and have free medical care for life. It’s MY responsibility to work in order to ensure the Social Security Fund is well supplied with my tax dollars so others may “have a decent American life”, as Nancy P put it. What hurts me the most is, seeing what type of life my grandchildren will have to put up with. That hurts me the most. But, then again, as a white American male, I’m not ALLOWED to be concerned about my family, am I???????
Mar 29, 2009 - 7:07 am 8. Bob:To Rubin, why are you supporting illegal immigration and breaking the laws?
Do you wanted me to “migrate” to your house by breaking into it, live off your house, eat your food, peruse your water and milk off your money, utilities and supplies while living illegally in your house? I could work for you but I have to live with your family and be on your property most of the times.
That is how I see illegal immigrants breaking into our big house (the USA), living off our lands and resources at taxpayer expenses. Maybe I could encourage few patriotic Americans to illegally “migrate” into your own house and see how you like it?
Mar 29, 2009 - 7:41 am 9. Saltherring:Why just bust the illegals who WORK? We should initiate a major deportation effort by gleaning welfare rolls, public schools and free medical clinics for those who do not belong in the United States. The first to be shipped out should not be those who came here to find jobs but those who came for the FREE STUFF!
Mar 29, 2009 - 8:30 am 10. Benson:PJM’s zombie is back again, this time trying to tell us racists that he’s really on our side. — Huh? Yeah, and that sly ploy almost worked.
Pelosi is a loon, but that does not mean Ruben is harmless; he’s smarter than she is, and therefore more of a challenge. Don’t get cozy with him just because he agrees with you a little bit. You need to see the whole picture before you can understand what’s what. Read Ruben’s earlier posts and you’ll see what I mean.
Mar 29, 2009 - 8:52 am 11. sonoffar:To all those who think Ruben hasn’t got it quite right remind yourself just who Ruben is and what his agenda is. Do a bit of background and read some of his work. Ruben is as slick as a Carney Barker. His agenda includes a California political office from a Hispanic majority vote. The rules of law are simply an impediment to Ruben that can be pushed aside in the name of racial and ethnic equality, comprehensive immigration reform, and personal convenience.
Mar 29, 2009 - 9:36 am 12. uburoisc:Illegal aliens, no matter their origin, are parasites feeding on the efforts and economy of the legitimate citizens of the states and the nation. The fact that the rules of law as established in this nation mean nothing to them should be the only ‘alert’ needed for our law makers and enforcers. It is time to reward those who are willing to follow the rule of law and expel those who are not.
The company I last worked for in Los Angeles had hundreds of illegal workers, mostly from Mexico, but also from Central America and the Philipines. They were paid substandard wages by US standards, and the owner phased out the natives except in skilled areas where he needed the expertise. But even in skilled positions, he would have the legal worker show the illegals how it was done, and then, within a year or so, the legal worked would be out the door. You would get hired by being friends or relatives of the illegals who had jobs there.
Considering how many people there had fake or duplicate social security numbers, I never understood why SS never tipped off the INS; I mean, we had massive fraud taking place there. But the owner didn’t seem too concerned. We even had one guy, from the Philipines, who owed the IRS more than 15k in taxes he never paid, and he was here illegally, and nothing happened to him (he borrowed money to pay off the debt). The guy had one family in Manila, and one family here.
And I have seen, firsthand, the mad scramble to game the laws by creating anchor babies, phony marriage, and fake names. I’m not saying the illegals didn’t work hard, or weren’t, by and large, good guys, but they sure knew the system and how to get around things. The whole “family” issue was well known, and playing on the sentimentality card about “breaking up families” was a big part of trying to stay in the country; the more ties you created with kids and family the harder it would be to deport you.
What I learned working there: Wages were certainly depressed because if you didn’t like it, the company could throw 3 or 4 illegals at the problem for less money. The owner, because he didn’t have to care much about you, became more tyranical, rude, and abusive as the years went on. The idea that the US was a nation of laws was an obvious joke; if a multimillion dollar company can hire pools of illegals, for decades, right in the middle of LA, with impunity, then the game is over; I believe the LA officials make sure businesses who pay their bribe/donation money do not get touched for hiring illegals. I quit last year
Mar 29, 2009 - 9:37 am 13. HalifaxCB:Considering the US now has such a large class of citizens whose sole contribution to society seems to be their sense of entitlement, I’d suggest that when a hardworking and otherwise law-abiding illegal immigrant (and most, in fact, are just that) is caught, the citizenship of a randomly selected entitlement parasite be taken and given to the immigrant.
Mar 29, 2009 - 10:25 am 14. john from cinncinatti:so who did they hire to replace the illegals they picked up in the Bellingham Wa. engine shop? did they contact the local VoTech school? a few years ago they had a hard time finding workers in Wyoming, has that been resolved? i got a hard time going with the work place raids, when the criminal illegals have a revolving door. makes for nice press and it soothes the nativists, but it doesn’t take care of the issue. we don’t have an immigration policy to document the immigrants who don’t have money… wait, they can’t get in legally so they do it illegally. the U.S. government won’t give a poor person a visa because they might stay and work. if they were documented maybe they wouldn’t be afraid to ask for real wages. then the market could choose the best worker, not the cheapest.
Mar 29, 2009 - 11:39 am 15. Cheeky Wombat:What part of “illegal” is not understood. Why do we law abiding citizens think that anything will be done when our law makers are also some of the largest law breakers in the country.
Mar 29, 2009 - 1:01 pm 16. A S:I have never heard the so-called Republican “let us enforce the law” crowd say let us arrest the white/native-born dudes who give illegals jobs. How come? If we just went after the employers the problem would go away.

Where have you been? Any American who knowingly hires an illegal alien deserves punishment. This is key to solving the crisis. It must be mandatory for all companies to check the social security database before hiring any worker. You obviously have not done much studying on the issue—or you wouldn’t be saying something so utterly ridiculous.
Mar 29, 2009 - 5:17 pm 18. RobertG:Racism and Xenophobia? Interesting put. When two of these “guest workers” broke into a house and killed a 62 year old “tired old white broad”, as it was put, what was the open borders crowd’s reaction to that here in Phoenix?
“You have to understand their culture and history of oppression”. So as not to upset the hispanic community, to be understanding, to be compassionate the county attorney declined to file felony murder (murder in the commission of an underlying felony-armed entry) and thus took capital punishment off the table. They will be eligible for parole in my expected lifetime.
Racism and Xenophobia? Too bad the term “tired old white broad” doesn’t qualify. I do not consider myself a racist–but I am looking for revenge on these sick souls who justify letting these gangsters loose on honest folk in the name of “to be understanding, to be compassionate” even if she was only a “tired old white broad”.
“a hardworking and otherwise law-abiding illegal immigrant” until they see an opportunity HalifaxCB: lock your doors behind you when you bring the groceries home-tired old white broads and family would be such an opportunity.

Mar 29, 2009 - 5:17 pm 19. Francis:Your claim: “…Like the fact that nativism and racism are fueling the anxieties of many Americans; they did 100 years ago when people like Pelosi’s Italian immigrant grandparents were derided, and they do today with immigrants from Mexico being the cultural interlopers.”
Mar 29, 2009 - 6:57 pm 20. A S:So Ruben – when I watched on television the millions of illegal aliens that took to the streets a few years back demanding their “rights”, I wasn’t supposed to cheer them on? The comparison you make with Europe’s immigrants to the U.S. and the Mexican’s of today have very little in common. You are either too simplistic, naïve, or deceptive in this regard. Honestly, I believe you are a dishonest propagandist, simply feeding into the tired old “We’re a nation of immigrants” line without qualification. We have much to fear in America of the invasion of unassimilated Mexicans. By way of reminder, here are some of the differences:
1. Europe’s immigrants traversed an ocean, and completely disconnected with their homeland and extended families – They had to assimilate. Mexicans cross a land mass, and return at will to their native land & culture, and make no true disconnect to their roots or extended family & friends, and from the familiar comforts of home. The internet and cell phone also help maintain close familial connections. So why assimilate?
2. Immigration of yesteryear was metered and the flow controlled in comparison to the onslaught of illegal Hispanics in a relatively short time span – In short – Too many too soon…
3. Many of the European immigrants were skilled in a trade or profession unlike today’s illegal aliens who are mostly unskilled and illiterate. But, I’m not supposed to notice that…
4. Europe’s immigrants forced themselves to learn English – even in the home – now all I hear and read in many public places here in CA. is Spanish 24/7…So do I the English speaker in America have to now assimilate into Mexican/Spanish culture?
5. Europe’s immigrants were tested for diseases, now, some illegal Mexicans carry many infectious diseases that were mostly eradicated here in the U.S. – But I’m a hate-monger if I point that out…
6. Europe’s immigrants did not have a welfare safety net provided by the U.S. government – It was sink or swim, unlike today’s aliens/immigrants who simply have a child, (U.S. tax payer funded) who is supposedly a U.S. citizen, which allows the new comer a direct connection to all the welfare entitlements, even though they are here unlawfully. So, the hateful American Citizen is subsidizing a replacement population of future government-dependent peoples…
7. Europe’s immigrants did not have their own sources of “Italian Television & Radio” or “German T.V” etc. like today’s Hispanics who have multiple sources of strictly Spanish language media, so assimilation into the restrictionist American culture is unnecessary.
8. Today’s Hispanics enjoy several very large, well funded advocacy groups that intimidate and pressure the U.S. Government into capitulation. These rabid, divisive groups vilify all who oppose illegal immigration as racist, hateful , nativist, etc. while they instill into the alien an entitlement mentality replete with a sense of victimization (“Jose & Maria, – You’re being underpaid & exploited doing the dirty work that the greedy gingos don’t want to do…”)
9. Today’s illegal alien enjoys an enforced multi-cultural atmosphere that denigrates the host culture and exalts the foreigner, encourages self-segregation and group identity, and only serves to splinter the nation. Mexicans’ allegiance is to Mexico, not the U.S. They hold little regard for the U.S., who “stole their land”. European immigrants who escaped their sorry lives came to America and kissed the ground. Mexicans come here, wave their flag, steal jobs, steal tax payer funded services, and scream and demand their “rights”. America is great because of its unity, not its diversity.
10. Perhaps the most notable yet completely misunderstood difference between today’s illegal immigration compared to European immigration is the 1965 immigration act, authored by our beloved senator Ted Kennedy. It is this insane legislation that will be the death knell to America, unless it is scrapped and a new American centered policy (As opposed to a policy that is beneficial to the lawyers, lobbyists and applicants and detrimental to American sovereignty) is enacted. There are several glaring reasons why this act is horrendous, but one may be tantamount: Family chain migration. If the millions of illegal aliens here receive amnesty, the eventual flood gates are wide open for endless third world chain migration of family members. (Or then will the newly minted legal residents clamor for immigration restriction?) Yes Ruben, we here in the US of A have plenty to be afraid of!
Show me when Gingrich/Tancredo etc, said something about putting white native born hirers in jail.
Yes it is racism and xenophobia. Pity the republican party — it is hard for them to be overtly racist today hence they resort to this subterfuge.
I would introduce alligators stand by the rio grande and anyone who crosses would get a green card. I think these are the hard-working family oriented people I want here.
And if you are worried about “too many people” I would say ship the natives (yes anyone born here) that side of the river or put them on a reservation with special gambling/alcohol rights.
Fair?
Mar 29, 2009 - 7:00 pm 21. Frank:Ruben, how many times do we have to tell you, the difference between now and 100 years ago is that there weren’t Italians who wanted to conquer the east coast as a part of Italy, who called themselves “the race” and considered themselves superior to others.
Obviously most Mexicans aren’t like that. But there are enough to make it a problem when the laws aren’t being enforced.

Racism and Xenophobia? I say SCRERW YOU! What a dumb thing to say. Are you an “undocumented worker” by chance or just an idiot liberalista who has had too much KOOL AID? If there were not ILLEGAL ALIENS, we would not need the raids, the check system that is in place and SHOULD be used by all employers. If they don’t, fine them and make sure the employer tows the line in the future. They keep doing it then shut them down until they comply with the laws.
The fact that no one in the so-called “enforece the law” movement calls for it proves that this is nothing but Racism and Xenophobia.
Ah, no. The penalties and enforcement of the policy are too lax, in my humble opinion. Employers refuse to use because they will get fined if caught employing an illegal, as they should be. As a older white guy, disabled who has to work to support my family, it is we who are the ones who cannot get a fair shake anymore. Thanks to the mullah obamaham and his ilk like the feminazi pelosi, we will be seeing even more illegal alien scum let loose in this country. All in the name of multiculturalism and diversity. Sure has done Europistan and Britainistan alot of good. So if you want to call me racist and xenophobic, so be it. Add islamophobic to that, I really don’t care. This article has very few good points but Ruben only fools dolts like you, A S.

A quick Google search brought up this:
http://www.nationalreview.com/comment/gingrich200604261230.asp
Salient points:
For more than 20 years, the United States has failed to control the borders or enforce immigration laws while many U.S. businesses have profited by breaking the law.
…(E)stablish real enforcement against unlawful employment by employers and especially against employers who are breaking both immigration and taxation laws. Make clear that the dishonest hiring and tax evasion of the last two decades are over and there will be expensive penalties for people who break American immigration law.
How’s that, A S? Want to STFU now?
Mar 30, 2009 - 12:00 am 24. A S:That is just about corporate employers. Not the guy who hires the gardener/odd job lackey etc. No one wants to put that employer in jail. They just want to go after the hapless American (the one who crossed the Rio).

That’s why I must agree the Iraq war was a distraction. The real “enemy” can come, and is coming, from the South.
Make no mistake, there are forces actively working to take back California, New Mexico, Arizona, and other southern states, to subvert and return to Mexico or at least break away from the US. These are organizations like La Raza Unida, and other vocal smaller and radical Hispanic and mainly Mexican outfits.
Conservatives and patriots in general would be wise to always keep and eye on David Horowitz’s website http://www.discoverthenetworks.org/ that maps the radicals and loonies.
There you find who this radical group La Raza Unida is: http://www.discoverthenetworks.org/groupProfile.asp?grpid=6781
They mainly claim that their ancestral lands were stolen by white American.
There you also learn the profile of the current LA Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa, verily a wolf in sheep’s clothes. http://www.discoverthenetworks.org/individualProfile.asp?indid=1281
His case not different from the outrage caused by David Duke trying to hold political office.

Mar 30, 2009 - 6:43 am 26. Mike T:This happens on a daily basis in the name of fighting drug use. If you follow civil liberties issues, you are well aware of how militarized law enforcement has become, and how much it has taken to loving the use of violent, confrontational raids as a shock-and-awe tactic for enforcing the law.
Mar 30, 2009 - 7:04 am 27. Linda Brecht:There are some very good laws on the books. I was doing books and payroll for several small businesses (gas stations) when the last big anti-illegal laws were established. The fines were supposed to be $10,000 per illegal hired. Up until that time, employee record keeping was just mostly application-W4 and payroll. I went through and establised IN-9’s for each employee, got documents proving ID and so forth. We then watched, as NO ONE enforced, and many did not COMPLY! All ICE would have to do is, once a month or so, do ONE (per region) high profile raid, fine the EMPLOYER and deport the employee, and self enforcement would follow. You don’t need millions or billions to do it…Just a willingness to enforce current laws. That is just too easy. It will not be done…It would solve the problem immediately.

Or how about you go to the Emergency Room at Highland Hospital in Oakland. Count the number of Illegal Immigrants there to get care.
You leftists have managed to bankrupt California through your idiotic support of Illegal Immigration.
But there’s more, In Nancy the fascist Jackass Idiot Pelosi’s OWN HOME TOWN: A father and two sons, Anthony, Michael and Matthew Bologna were shot to death as they drove home by an Illegal Immigrant CRIMINAL, Edwin Ramos, CODDLED BY JACKASS FASCISTS LIKE YOU!

This author is seriously disturbed. Most illegal felons are not attending to families, they jump from city to city with transparency for identity. Immigration Control doesn’t find these people. ICE takes the low hanging fruit: illegals who have established homes here, with US citizen schoolchildren. They are here for the same reasons our ancestors came to America. But let’s go ahead and mete out our power cravings on the immigrant poor.
I say seal the borders, find the felons, and give work permits to illegals with US citizen children.

The IRS estimates that 6 million illegal aliens files tax returns each year. In February there was 12.5 million americans out of work (8.1%). Obviously these are not perfect stats, but they do show that unemployment could be severely dropped if those jobs were given to citizens of this country. And all those jobs are not gardening or menial labor jobs, as most people assume. I know quite a few people from Detroit who would like to have a job at that engine plant that just got raided.

We’re both in the same boat, but, I was lucky enough to return from Viet Nam to crowds shouting “baby killer”, … truly an impressive display of patriotism from the Hanoi Jane crowd. I pray we get the Usurper-in-Chief out of the White House (or is it the Black House now ?) before he degrades this country and abuses the Constitution further. Fear for what our kids and grandkids will have to endure in the future. The America I fought and bled for, the country I love, is becoming unrecognizable……

Some news from OH ought to cheer up some of the doom and gloom. Hospitals are now demanding documentation of proof of legal status BEFORE treatment is given. As for “work place raids” I’m all for it. I have friends who have applied for citizenship, which costs thousands, and are still waiting. They deserve to be granted theirs long before Illegals are given any breaks at all. Where is the compassion for those people? As for the racism charge, not all illegals are Hispanic, Obama’s Auntie is one to note, they come from many countries and are all different races. It really isn’t about race, it is about economic privilege. Pelosi doesn’t like families seperated, then enforce the laws so they won’t be.
Apr 2, 2009 - 5:39 am 39. deguello:#38 LYNN B.In Obamaerica, the feckless, dysfunctional, criminal and just plain stupid, have more rights than the prudent and law-abiding.It’s a central philosophic principle of a decadent society. That’s why bank criminals get bonuses, Barney Frank and Chris Dodd, avoid jail, improvident house buyers get subsidized mortgages courtesy of their more fiscallyt prudent fellow citizens.and legal immigrants, are harassed;while illegals are encouraged, and given welfare. Another reason is economic: legal immigrants tend to be better educated,and/or have more skills, than illegal ones, and are, therefore, more difficult to exploit and intimidate. Ignorant, illiterate ,desperate indigents, supply cheap, docile, labor for Republican and democrat sweatshop owners, and future welfare dependent democrat voters. This is why they are preferred.
Apr 6, 2009 - 5:32 am 40. mark:If American employers would pay our own people a decent, livable wage, then Americans would take the less glamourous jobs. $8.00 an hour is not a livable wage!
Apr 9, 2009 - 5:29 pm 41. mark:How in the hell are illegals able to file tax returns anyway. How are they getting social security numbers?Give me a 50 caliber and put me on the border!
Apr 10, 2009 - 1:49 am 42. viola:Many of our politicians or just kissing illegal immigrants and all of Mexico’s butts, illegal immigrants in America are playing games, and they do know exactly what they are doing, they know how to use their children to draw alot attention in America, no other country would fall for their bull, or put up with all their nonsense! to say that America can not faught their children for what they do, that is silly, because they had come across the borders with their children, or send for them, and had them born in American on their illegal statuses, they are still responsible for their children, so when they are deported they should be force to take their children with them what is so hard about that??
our silly politicians seemed to close their eyes when it comes to illegal immigrants anchor babies, they do not want to talk about it, our birthright laws is left wide open to them, just helping them to become the over populated race in America at a face pace, this is exactly why they have anchor babies in America, also just for the sake of keeping them self here, they have their anchor babies by the millions, just so their children can get an automatic American citizenship, and they use their anchor babies for their very own tickets, tokens, and of course their anchors! American politicians are to lenient, no other country in their right mines would tolerate millions of illegal immigrants in their country, they would not have allow them to come into their country and just take over, they would have not allow them to take employment away from their their citizens, their citizens would come first, they would not allow employers in their country to hire illegal immigrants either, if any employer have gotten caught for hiring illegal immigrants an other countries, they would have gotten penalized. Only America allows all of this bull!
Nancy Pelosi, should know that in America we are dealing with massive illegal immigration, and something needs to be done about this now!!! so why should our politician listen to illegal immigrants and all their advocates stupid excuses strategies, loopholes, that allow them to always interfere in I.C.E. workplace raids, and other laws, illegal immigrants have million born American children here, this helps them to stop workplace raids, when they are caught in employment and else where, and are in the process of being deported, this is when they start crying about being so separated from their families.
America politicians allow illegal immigrants to get away with to much in America, there are no laws for illegal immigrants in America, they do not have to abide our American laws, only American citizens do, This means that it is a big double standard in our laws. lets face it illegal immigrants and all their advocates are running America, and America is under their command!!They come here illegally, and have the nerve to march and protest the streets of America to demand amnesty.
Our American employers do not give illegal immigrants background checks before they hire them, but they require their own American citizens to have back ground checks, many American employments do not know who their illegal immigrant employee really are, yet they will allow them to use master keys, special security codes, and just have access to many building offices, there are no security in these employment, No American citizen are allow to do this before having a background check, so this is saying that our American employers hiring practice and procedures are double standard.
Another thing no one wants to talk about is illegal immigrants cheating our American IRS,those stupid ID cards the IRS give them to help them ignore a social security number, allows them to cheat, also they lie on their W-2 forms, they are allow to just claim any body, even dependents they don’t really have, this allow them to get big tax refund every year, more income tax refunds then many American citizens, these taxes belongs to American citizens, Also many of their underage children are hired in many employment, they are able to just lie about their ages with all their fraudulent documents, their ages range from 12,13,14,15,16,17. They are doing adult jobs, taking jobs away from American adults!!
All of this is not just being said, it is what i have observed! Any kind of comprehensive immigration reform with a path to citizenship will harm American, because there are 12-40 millions illegal immigrants in America, a path to citizenship for them will only allow them to continue to just jump their greedy butts in the front line to everything, this will leave American citizens second in line, this will allow them to just continue to spit and walk all over the real American citizens, they will continue to have in our employments this big affirmative action program for the Hispanic race, like there are now, and will continue to be in the future in America, there will not be that much diversity in our employments, because in our employment there will be mostly the Hispanic race, your name will have to be Hispanic,in order to get hire, it is happening now,and there are hardly never no blacks at all!
The worse part about all this is that our own American politicians allows all this, they allow all the wrongdoings of illegal immigration in America. And they let it go on and on, not caring how this is hurting the American citizens!!!
