A happy Thanksgiving to all — especially to those who are away from home and family, fighting on the frontlines to defend America’s freedoms.

This is a good day for some lines more enduring than the daily news. Here’s my choice for this year — we all know it, but worth reading again, and reading aloud, first spoken seven score and four years ago ^[1].
