<description>Ingra Britt was Shocked- shocked at the level of corruption in the UN!
We however, are not so much...
especially due to the hard work of reliable reporters such as the esteemed Claudia Rosett. Thank you Ms Rosett, for all that you do. Keep shining your light on the dark and murky world of the UN, and continue to keep those of us who care informed. If the un ever has the chance of being relevant again, it will be due to efforts of those who, like Claudia Rosett, expose it for what it has become. It was sad day when the hope provided by John Bolton walked out their doors.

I agree with Ritchie- it is long past time for a League of Democracies, and I second his hope for change with a new (Republican) administration.

<description>Fix it? How about end it - as in the whole organization? A Romney or McCain - or even a Rudy or Fred presidency might get the ball rolling in ending US participation in the UN (and perhaps putting in its place, a League of Democracies). A Democratic presidency will do nothing of the sort and will probably throw even more US chips into the UN pot.
