Those are indeed photocopies of bills, and in fact only of half of each bill, so that the serial number is available.

You can tell because there is a green object right next to the sheets, and there is no trace of green on them.

Not to mention if they are large sheets, then they are sheets that contain only the bottom half of each bill, and would make lousy counterfeit bills on that basis.  They&#039;re too skinny.  :-)

But there was also a video news piece during that war which showed Hezbollah distributing American money to needy locals, and those bills were very much brand spanking new $100&#039;s.  No doubt about it.

NK does print our money, and so do many Arabs.  I was living in Brussels when they debuted the Euro, and there were counterfeits on the streets before the real bills even began circulating.
