Pornopgrahy is forbidden and those with it may get a prison sentence. This is where Ban is from. I am living here now as an American. Don't get me wrong, it is a great place. I think Ban was forced to condemn the executions because the U.N. Charter states that they are against the death penalty. Ban however, may not be against it himself.
