The only reason for staying in the UN is to use our Security Council veto against any resolutions adverse to us or our friends. There are too many idiots out there who think a resolution from this corrupt, racist, totalitarian supporting, murderer enabling organization gives some proposal the imprimatur of moral worth. In fact, as others have pointed out above, the exact opposite is much closer to the truth.

I would advocate that we reduce our monetary contribution to the proportion that the US population is as a percentage of the world population, that is about 5 percent. We currently pay about 22 percent of the regular budget, which is about our GDP proportion. Let the racists, totalitarians, thugs, grifters, and murderers pay the rest, if they are so keen on it.

We can’t kick them out under international law, because of a ratified treaty, and the UN owns the property at Turtle Bay. But if the UN HQ, bureaucracy, and everybody else wanted to voluntarily leave our shores, I will happily wish them bon voyage, and may they run into an iceberg far enough away from land so that no help can get to them in time for rescue.

Keep the UN where it is. We can watch them better there. Reduce our “contribution” to their budget to be proportional with our share of the international GDP. They extra money we send them certainly doesn’t buy any good will.

I asked my senator Jim Talent if he could pull the plug on the UN and he said he’d advocate a gathering of Democracies like McCain has said. But Claire McCaskill beat him and I have a problem with Democrats.

There should be a league of democracies and cities from all over the world should bid on the headquarters.

They should pull the plug on the UN. If New York survived 9/11, it should survive booting those crooks.
