The world is an unpredictable place, and presidents are frequently disappointing. Nevertheless, it is extremely important to do what you have been doing, Phyllis, and keep trying to draw the world&#039;s attention to the plight of women in countries ruled by fanatics.  We also should be reminded that gays are hanged in Iran and Saudi Arabia, and that people have been jailed or even executed for expressing heterodox views.</description>
