According to the CSC report, HT supports the hijacking and bombing of planes and violent jihad; their literature endorses the killing of Israelis and glorifies suicide bombings as “martyrdom operations” and as justified in “occupied” Islamic lands. Houriya Ahmed, a Research Fellow at CSC and the report’s co-author, says:
“Ideologically, HT is no different to al-Qaeda. It is a dangerous and divisive organisation that aims to implement a totalitarian dictatorship that will use violence to spread its rule. The report highlights how the group has developed a sophisticated strategy in the UK – which will be replicated in the US – to propagate its extremist beliefs amongst all levels of society.”
Hannah Stuart, a Research Fellow at the CSC and the report’s co-author, says:
“A decision about whether to ban the group strikes at the very core of what is permissible and what is not permissible in a liberal democratic society. The US government needs to send a strong message to the public regarding the incompatibility of the group’s ideology and shared democratic values. HT’s fascist ideology – which it presents as ‘true’ Islam – must be challenged and totally rejected.”
HT has just issued their own press release regarding the Center’s report. It diverts all attention from the Report’s findings by characterizing Douglas Murray as a “neo-conservative” and the Report as a “smear.” The accusation of HT’s support for a “Caliphate” is dealt with by accusing the West, especially the “neo-cons,” of “imperialism” and “colonialism.” The accusation of HT’s support for “violent jihad” is dealt with by reminding people that the West is responsible for the “mass murder of hundreds of thousand of Muslims.”
They do not condemn the violent death of Muslims who are being blown up by other Muslims. Nevertheless, HT’s own press statement ends this way:
“Despite such smears and attacks we remain committed to our efforts to work to establish the Khilafah (Caliphate) in the Muslim world, and encourage the Muslim community in Britain to preserve our Islamic values.”

“Hizb ut-Tahrir: Ideology and Strategy, the most comprehensive study of the group’s activities in the UK to date, also reveals how the group has adopted sophisticated measures in the UK to get public platforms, funding and legitimacy from the very institutions it wishes to destroy:
• One former activist tells how HT front groups apply for local authority funding, invite local councillors to the group’s events, ‘just to make it look like HT members are role models’, and target young Muslims they think will be ‘easy to recruit’.
• Since the 7/7 London bombings, HT has adopted a formal ‘Keep your ideology in your heart’ strategy. The group uses euphemistic language to hide its support for jihad, antisemitic beliefs and totalitarian system of governance.
• HT denounces Muslim integration as a deliberate Western policy to ‘suppress Islam’. HT forbids British Muslims from voting and describes those who call for human rights and democracy as apostates. The group encourages a victim mentality within Muslim communities, presenting Muslims as the target of a Western ‘War on Islam’.”
Please ask your local news media to cover the Center’s report. Ask the mainstream media why they have chosen not to cover it. Your lives depend upon asking these questions.

1. David W. Lincoln:Up here in Canada it took a change in government from the Liberals to the Conservatives to list the Tamil Tigers as a terrorist group. I suspect the same is true regarding why the Dems do not want HT listed as a terrorist group. Namely, they find it convenient not to do so.

It is not surprising that they disapprove of voting, but one can use one’s vote to try to end the right to vote. Hitler was elected by a plurality–not a majority–and then ended voting for the remainder of his life.
We have all seen photographs of Iraqis with dyed finger tips proudly showing that they had voted, and then learning that at least some of these people were murdered for having done so. But in Britain, there must be districts with Muslim majorities where jihadists might get elected and then function as legal members of the government. Anti-Israel Muslims have been elected to the Knesset in Israel, so why couldn’t this happen in Britain?

We, who are not Muslim, are outsiders. Outsiders are not allowed to influence those on the inside. Think of how the Democrats demonize those like Sarah Palin. They see she is different, therefore wrong, and for her to change the minds of people who are Democrats, or leaning towards voting Democrat, this is something that is not permitted.

Mosque are places where that message is either softly or “straight on” spread: mosque are not (just) a place for praying, but a sort of place where the whole community, united by a same global mentality, meets and remembers to itself what they aims are. It is a community MENTALLY united, more than phisical (off topic: about phisicity we all know how “aparthaider” they are). Imams are (Islamic) people among others, which just “take the disturb” to remember to everyone else how their (mandatory) goal is (keeping in mind that an Islamic person isn’t supposed to undependantly think, enquire, reason. He/she has to mentally blindly follow whatever that Allah and his Muhammad – or that Muhammad and his Allah – said, did, considering those words and deeds as perfect – no matter how much evidence there is, and how many evidences there are, about their unperfection). About the West, exactly how it already happened in Iran, Islamists and COMMUNISTS match together in order to destroy Democracy and (personal) Freedom(s), in order to establish an Elite which will rule the whole (human) Community. The goal is practically to have people obeying to a precise “Phylosophy”, “Ideology”, (metaphorically) like puppets move according to the puppeteer (call it “the God” or “the Party”): the very misfortune for everyone of us is that this (self proclaimed) Elite ISN’T ENLIGHTENED at all (it wasn’t and still not be – therefore most probably won’t ever be -).

Women ignore all this to get medical care and abortion. Did we? We got mandated purchase of insurance to fund the bloated insurance kings at the cost of the Medicaid/Medicare program and a male designed medical program which excludes abortion.

I started noticing this in the 80’s when some
started crusading against the long-defunct Nazis

The enemies of freedom find one thing in common – they are enemies of freedom. They defend each other for the sole purpose of destroying freedom. Fascism (oops, I went and said the passé word), whether in the form of Islam or in the form of secular humanism still has in common the creation of a single-party state that forbids freedom of all kinds, and blames capitalism for all of society’s ills.
Many claim to adhere to the “third way” which supposedly lies somewhere between communism and capitalism, yet in the end tyranny is tyranny and those who love freedom suffer and die.
So for those who love freedom the flip side of that maxim should be remembered, “The friend of my enemy is my enemy.”
