… is on CBS tonight. I somehow doubt it, although I won’t be able to tell you. I never joined in the boycott of France, but… like a lot of people… I’m boycotting CBS until Dan Rather and all others responsible for the forged documents resign or are fired.

As for the exclusive, ABCNEWS ^[1] is reporting that retired Col. Walter Staudt “[t]he man cited in media reports as having allegedly pressured others in the Texas Air National Guard to help George W. Bush … never sought special treatment for Bush.

It continues: “I never pressured anybody about George Bush because I had no reason to,” Staudt told ABC News in his first interview since the documents were made public.”

There’s plenty more at the link. I think we can say definitively… all together now… “Rather lied! CBS died!”
