ABC is reporting a bizarre warning ^[1] by Kerry that Bush is about to reinstitute the draft. Power Line ^[2] theorizes: The Dems’ polls must be looking even worse than we thought. This is a deeply contemptible move by Kerry, and he can’t possibly be under any illusions about what he is doing.

Either that… or it’s just a continuation of this creepy strategy ^[3].
