The election in Iraq — the importance of which cannot be over-estimated — is soon upon us. For “Ground-level election news from the people of Iraq” (who better?, I’m bookmarking “Friends of Democracy ^[1].” That’s Omar, Mohammed and Ali, of Iraq the Model ^[2] and Free Iraqi ^[3] working together with many of their compatriots to bring us their side of the story.
