“The Editors and publishers of ABC, CBS, CNN and the New York Times wish to inform their readers and viewers that the lack of computer resources during the last 24 hours will in no way dampen our proven abilities in verifying our stories prior to publishing. “

…but we sure wish we’d thought of it!

Far Out, a triple. Thank you Steven. Apologies for pandering. Whatever it takes Roger.

Only thing that’s moved fast in those places for a long time.

They would say that, wouldn’t they?

Sometimes it’s best to just remain silent. I didn’t make the connection when I learned that it’s being called the “Charlie Roger Worm”, but now it all makes sense.

They were just too cheap to upgrade to XP.

“the fast-moving computer worm said to have infiltrated computers at CNN, ABC and the New York Times.”

Just one more worm to add to the very large piles already in residence at those organizations.

Roger:

No should accuse you of dissemination of a worm but please readers watch out for Drudge as his site loads one’s computer up with more crap to screw up your computer than any site I visit.

The other day I clicked on his site and all I got were repetitive windows opening up and cascading down the screen. I turned off my computer and restarted it.

Opening pop ups on Drudge are a real complication to any computer. I have started avoiding his site. Alas.

Now, notice that while Charles and Roger deny their own personal responsibility, they didn’t say anything about the other few hundred of us in Pajamas Media… ;-)

I’m one of the marauding marsupials in PJM, and it wasn’t me either CY.

By the way, what is going on with Pajamas anyhow? The last couple of months of PJM have been *sounds of crickets*…

re Drudge: as much as I rely on his site, which is my personal home page, that little creep is no better than a spammer, with all the crap that comes with accessing him.

Jesus! How many times have I had to close those stupid IQ test ads???

Time for action! A class action, as a matter of fact!

Lets sue the e-hole silly!

AOL is holding a contest now, giving away a Hummer, gold bricks and other booty they collected from a spammer they creamed in a law suit.

Just think how sweet it would be if Drudge had to auction off that stupid hat on eBay just to satisfy the judgement against him!

Glenn Reynolds pre-denies any involvement in Angelina Jolie’s upcoming pregnancy, then links to this post. I, on the other hand, not being the Instapundit or a big shot Pajama Media type want to be the first to take full credit for the upcoming act.

Hey cool! Not only do they provide the fish wrapper but now they stock the bait as well.

I like those fast moving worms. The fishing really perks up when you get one on the hook.

Wonder if Bass Pro Shop knows they’ve got more competition?
