This fits the whole concept of grass roots media. It seems to me that anything else ends up with all the same flaws of the MSM. I still say that PJM should be like Wiki News where anyone and everyone submits news items, blog items, etc. and the editorial group accepts these based on well-defined rules (possibly requesting changes, added sources, copyright infringement removals, etc).
