I subscribe for the Food Section – it’s excellent

Chalk up one less for the LAT.

And this is news why, exactly?

(No offense meant to you, Roger. You’re just passing along a “news” report. Why the MSM thinks anybody with two brain cells gives a rat’s ass in hell about this idiot’s newspaper subscription (or, for that matter, this idiot, period) is beyond me. It must be a VERY slow news day.)

She can’t live without the Calendar section.

The only thing I miss about the LA Times is the Food section, the chess column, and the comics.

As for Scheer, the article description of him as a liberal is a joke; Scheer is not a liberal. He’s a reactionary leftist who’s found a home where he belongs — the San Francisco Pravda …er… Chronicle.

Roger:

I have almost cancelled my subscription to the LAT numerous times over the last decade but the fact that they finally got rid of Scheer has ensured that i will hang on a little longer. He has been writing the same column for the last two decades, It got to the point where I could predict which paragraph Watergate, Allende, Vietnam, Nixon, “ketchup is a veggie”, Abu Ghraib, McCarthy, and all the rest of his Black Panther marxist dribble would show up. He never emerged from the late sixties, early seventies time warp that his mind was caught in. He didn’t shock or enrage me anymore, he bored me to death.Babs can get her RS fix at Mother Jones or at the next International A.N.S.W.E.R. rally. Even if he doesn’t show she can hear the same agit-prop from the other Marxist drones.
