Hamas needs time for the dust to settle. They have a problem with Fatah to deal with. They donít have very much money. They have to present an image of all a sudden being ìpeacefulî and rehabilitated to get all the money they can. Then get their forces regrouped and organized to enforce their power. When they get that done, then the real fight is on.
