It might be a useful drill, but like Iraq, it will most likely prove utterly useless, with Iran&#039;s business partners Russia and China balking at any meaningful action.

I suppose we can hope.  But in the meantime, of course, the Iranians will harden their facilities, disperse their key processes, and beaver away.  And should the Israelis attack before there is any useful resolution at the UNSC, well, they&#039;ll only be more of a pariah than they already are.

Excuse me for thinking that just might be the idea.&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/i&gt;
