Translation is on Iraq the Model where it is assumed that some of this was worked out before the amnesty plan was made public. Meanwhile, our mainstream media is barely covering this. It’s not even on the front page of Google News at this hour and buried below the fold at the NYT.

Jun 27, 2006 - 12:27 pm 2. exguru:It did get a brief mention on Brit Hume Tuesday night. That’s not much, considering it could be the successful beginning of the new Iraqi state, the vindication of George W. Bush, and the death knell for Democrats in 2006 and 2008.
