Better living through chemistry

Is this what Howard Dean means when he says the “sixties are back”?

Al-Aqsa Martyrs’ Brigades sources claimed Thursday they fired a rocket with a chemical warhead at Israel. The IDF said they did not identify an impact of any such rocket nor was there even evidence of a launch.

My happier view of the “sixties are back” are best represented by the Cox and Forkum cartoon currently on http://www.vitalperspective.com/

When I first read that rocket story I thought, “It has to be BS because nobody could be that stupid.” Then I thought, “Wait a minute, these are the Palestinians.”

Undetectable launch, undetectable impact. The Palis may finally be figuring out how to deal with the Israelis. I wonder how much it cost them to develop the technology.

When the junior Senator from MA gets elected POTUS he can put the esteemed Rep. Murtha in charge of making sure all the US forces in Okinawa have plenty of these.

Gee Roger do you think that the Palestinians would lie?

Back in the ’60s, better living thru chemistry referred mostly to this, which I doubt is the source of this particular irrationality.
