Who is this ubiquitous fellow

Someone with a trendy stubble has turned up in an extraordinary number of the photos coming out of Qana [1], posed in various manners and dressed in a variety of ways at different times, all oddly theatrical. It would be very interesting to know who he is and whom he works for. Does anybody recognize him?
