Following is a guest post from a Los Angeles twenty-year old – one of approximately two thousand American volunteers currently serving with the Israeli Army. It, of course, reflects the views of young Mr. Taylor and not necessarily my own.
I have removed the text of Zachary Taylor’s article from this site since it has now been posted at PJM’s Politics Central. You are more than welcome to write your reactions to the article here. We are going to have a comments forum over at Politics Central, but we are trying to get everything up and running first, including the revamped and expanded Pajamas Media site, which will be online in a few days. Zachary, by the way, is the son of my friend Allyson Taylor who lives here in the Los Angeles area.

1. Ron:Our country has a long history of fighting Fascists. In the 1930’s and early fourties young men would go to Canada and from there be dispatched to the far corners of the world to fight Fascists. Not the first time that Arabs have aligned themselves with cultish killers, the Grand Mufti of Egypt was so enamored with Hitler and Himmlers SS that he put together a group of Moslem SS men who fought on the Eastern Front. Now its Zachary Taylor who picks up a gun to kill Fascists just like his Grandfather might have done. The Baathist party of both Iraq and Syria is based on Nationional Socialism, that’s the nice name for the Nazi. They just keep coming back like that Pink Rabbit, seems like there isn’t enough bullets in the world to kill all of these thugs but we have to try. Good luck Zachary Taylor, come home safe.
