Heartstopper

Our “ally” Musharaff has apparently released the killers of Daniel Pearl.

I hope this is not true, but if it is remember this is Pakistan and these men could just disappear anytime. It is also true that AlQaida has tried to “kill” our “ally” several times. So it seems they really do consider the guy an “ally”.

Besides the Germans do the same thing [with other killers] and so I guess we could wonder if they are an “ally” too.

This is terrible news. The war on terror is not going to end in the near future. A massive military campaign will be required to eradicate these thugs. We cannot afford to allow politicians to remain in office who fail to comprehend the seriousness our predicament.

While Musharaf releases killers overthere, here at home we face sheer hostility towards a successful (US not hit again) CIA interrogation program aimed to prevent another 9/11 – “They (CIA) must be stopped. And eventually, they must be prosecuted for war crimes.” – Andrew Sullivan.

If we can’t rely on allies to hold the terrorists, and we can’t question them while keeping them awake, cold, and uncomfortable playing Red Hot Chili Peppers, preemption will cease but for one option.

We have to kill them in the field. Otherwise is dejavu all over again.
