Actually, according to Webster’s, Roger is pretty close. The few words after the use of the term could have been better chosen, perhaps. But his point remains.

Though I agree with you, Roger, on “The Queen”, I am somewhat dismayed that it would be considered “Oscar” material. Good script, good acting, well photographed. But yet, as an old fart, I expect more from “Oscar”. Helen always captivates me, her politics prevent me from total engagement. Sad state of the world.
