Assuming Kerry won't mind the fee, he can retain his former running mate.

"...and several so-called 527 organizations such as America Coming Together, which were created to promote voter turnout on behalf of the Democratic ticket."

Ralph Nader is perhaps the number one reason why George W. Bush won in 2000. Thus, he has already stubbornly proven that he places "principle" over pragmatic politics. This could get downright dirty and highly damaging to the Democratic Party. The 525 allegations might even eventually get a few activists arrested and sent to prison. I can't imagine Nader changing his mind. The only real question is whether he has the legal right to drag all these people into a court of law?

Despite how wealthy Nader really is, this is truly delicious. The logic behind such lawsuits invariably leads back to its source. These beasts, unleashed by Dems over the years, now return to take out their makers. Zeus castrates Cronus. Of course, it won't have that result, but it should be fun anyway. Has Nader been talking with Karl Rove?
