You don’t have to be Sigmund Freud to see this. Last night in NH, he grinned into a TV camera and introduced Hillary and his daughter as “My girls…”
Wow. The feminist movement has now been turned on its head. Prediction: disaster for Hillary Clinton.

Jan 5, 2008 - 12:41 pm 2. David Thomson:Bill and Hillary Clinton are proven scoundrels. The evidence is beyond question. However, their top associates brilliantly scammed the American people into believing that allegations against them were merely the utterances of “haters.” Such folks could therefore be conveniently ignored because they were presumably stark raving, lying crazies. Fifty years from now, historians will ask themselves: How did such an immature and self centered couple acquire so much power? Were the MSM and their leftist allies truly that corrupt?
Jan 5, 2008 - 2:57 pm 3. Cap'n Billy:disaster for Hillary Clinton
Jan 6, 2008 - 5:55 am 4. Barry Dauphin:That may be so, and it would be a good result, but I’ll believe it when I see it. If we’ve learned anything about the Clintons over the past 15 or so years, they can get away with stuff that anybody else would be rode out of town on a rail for. I’m sure everyone reading this can think of numerous examples.
Of course, Sigmund would know that Bill didn’t exhibit a Freudian slip. Freudian slips are products of unconscious conflicts. That’s the way Bill thinks of them consciously (i.e., sociopathy not neurosis).
Jan 6, 2008 - 8:39 am 5. John Moore ( Useful Fools ):As long as we’re doing armchair psychoanalysis (or forensic psychology, since these folks are criminals)…
Bill is very much a narcissist; Hillary perhaps the sociopath. Bill cannot help but do or say whatever to gain attention and feed his narcissism.
For Bill, the world revolves around him: Hill and his daughter are indeed “his girls.” Heck, every female is “his girl,” as he has shown at times
I can’t figure out if he wants Hill to win or not. He may no know himself. It was *very* interesting to watch him as Hillary gave her post-Iowa speech. Bill, just behind her, was bright red, constantly moving, and making all sorts of weird expressions.
One sick puppy.
Jan 6, 2008 - 9:31 am 6. JorgXMcKie:I doubt if Bill ever knows what he truly wants in ‘the future’ (i.e. any more than 10 minutes or so from now). What he wants in general is adulation. Probably he doesn’t really care whether or not Hillary becomes President since that’s way more than 10 minutes in the future. *IF* she wins, then he’ll work to get the adulation. If she doesn’t, he’ll still run around the world seeking adulation. (I do wonder how popular he’ll be without Bush in office.)
I don’t know if Bill is actually a sociopath, but he obviously sees ‘others’ as merely instruments to feed his ego. OTOH, he doesn’t seem all that dangerous, so perhaps it is merely the world’s biggest narcissistic complex.
Whatever, both of them are getting pretty thoroughly exposed this time through, whether deliberately by the MSM or not.
Jan 6, 2008 - 12:04 pm 7. Barry Dauphin:Not a sociopath? Ask Juanita Broderick.
Jan 6, 2008 - 4:35 pm 8. California Medicine Man:Several months ago, Dennis Miller theorized that Bill doesn’t really want his wife to win. He speculated on his radio show that although re-establishing himself back on Pennsylvania Avenue was tantalizing, his ego would never be able to handle the reality of being a mere “first husband”.
That said, Miller thought that in the days before the final countdown, the psychological urge to torpedo Hillary’s run would prove irresistible and suspects that the weapon of choice will be a tawdry affair. However, a few more patronizing words like these may do the trick, although not with the same reliability.
Only time will reveal whether Miller’s thoughts represent prescience or wishful thinking.

Jan 6, 2008 - 5:25 pm 9. Miriam321:Barry -
Thank you so much for pre-empting me on a reference to Juanita Broaddrick. I have always said that if I ever meet Bill Clinton, I will hold up my hand (refusing to shake his) and say ‘this is for Juanita Broaddrick’.
Jan 6, 2008 - 5:50 pm 10. Barry Dauphin:It incenses me that this credible accusation of rape (anyone can google her name, I’m pretty sure the above spelling is correct)has been completely ignored by everyone (and not even heard of by most). Yuck.
Botched spelling on my part, shoulda googled
Jan 7, 2008 - 5:36 am 11. Miriam321:Aww – didn’t mean it that way.
Jan 7, 2008 - 6:42 amI was talking about Googling her for those who had not heard of the issue (which I find horrifying) – not to give you a spelling comeuppance. I really appreciated your comment. On behalf of all women everywhere who – by some small coincidence – find the idea of rape and rapists distasteful. And anyone who thinks she made it up (why??) should consider that she told people when it happened (he was governor), gave descriptive detail (i.e., he ripped her panty hose to get at her) and her decision not to prosecute at the time does not make the accusation less credible. Again – Yuck.
