What’s a Liberal? (USA vs. Iraq)

In America it’s someone who was against the war. In Iraq, it is someone who is for it.

1. Lightnin' Hopkins:

I thought we were forcing democracy on people who did not want it – oh wait, I’m not a liberal (here). That’s their line.

Victor Davis Hanson just posed the question the other day, “Where have all the liberals gone?” Well, apparently they are in Iraq.

That so-called liberals in this country don’t find democratic freedoms in action for Iraqis to be good news shows that they have nothing in common with those values anymore. They only possess the blind ambition to regain power for themselves – to hell with liberty! This is precisely why I left the Democratic Party behind, or rather their own (in)actions and wild rhetoric left me behind. Whichever. I say good riddance in either case.
