Homegrown futurologist on Pajamas

If I were a publisher, I’d snap up Charlie Martin’s article on PJM today as the basis for a future book on computing by Charlie. [I thought you were a publisher.-ed. Not of books. Not very generous of you - you made your living writing books for a number of years. You're hanging by a thread here.]

Ooh, what a great plug!

In all seriousness, Roger, you and the rest of the team at PJM have been great, very generous in your comments, and the easiest editors to deal with that I’ve had, and I very much appreciate it.

The plug is well deserved indeed. That was one of the best things that has appeared on PJM. PJM needs to have more stuff like that, stuff that can’t be found anywhere else, pieces that provide new insight into what is going on and likely to develop in the worlds beyond politics and the MSM. The flow of information is constrained by many institutions in particular places controlled by small groups of people with particular agendas. Let’s see them all. Let’s have thoughts on what market forces, and the computer revolution, are likely to do to them.
