Maybe it’s the perspective of having just returned from Geneva, where I had to deal with Ahmadinejad, only to find the American media engaged in an absurd and meretricious debate about torture (led by the NYT, of course), but I have this to say:

I would rather be waterboarded than spend ten minutes with Nancy Pelosi. The lying ^[1] harridan who happens to be our Speaker of the House is one of the most tedious women on the planet.

Regarding waterboarding, Cliff May ^[2] had interesting post, if you haven’t seen it.
