I've been watching WWLs coverage on TXCN here in North Texas. http://www.txcn.com/ Went to get a haircut and the effects of Gustav were very real. The woman cutting my hair got caught in heavy traffic comming from Houston and the other two customers were evacuees from Lousiana. One customer had just received a call that a neighbor's barn had been destroyed and she was worried about her horse. They drove several hundred miles with 5 dogs in the car.

Thanks for the link to the local coverage. I've been watching online since I saw it on the site yesterday. The coverage is far superior to the Cables.
